Senior Associate Lawyer – Regulatory / Finance (4 - 7 years of experience)

In order to support the growth of fund, regulatory and finance work for asset managers, TS&P is seeking a Senior Associate Lawyer to join focusing on Regulatory / Finance work.

Requirements:
- 4 - 7 years of experience as a lawyer in regulatory, alternative investment funds, and/or finance
- Curiosity of legal developments in a complex and fast changing environment
- Highest working standards and good organisational skills
- Excellent communication and drafting skills, as well as the ability to demonstrate initiative and pro-activity
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and to work within deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and a pragmatic approach
- Human qualities — open-minded and dynamic team player
Qualifications:
- Qualified lawyer admitted to List I or List IV as a foreign lawyer
- Relevant academic background for the regulatory / finance practice
- Fluent in both English and German or both English and French
- Any additional language or experience will be an asset
