LE POSTE :
Responsibilities
- Acting as a first point of contact for clients, manage the timely co-ordination and end-to-end life cycle of all client request and of all aspects of Luxembourg companies from set-up to liquidation, including transactions, statutory requirements, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions
- Ensure all clients are in good standing across all aspects of legal, corporate and financial administration/documentation as well as regulatory compliance and governance at every stage of transaction life cycle of the companies
- Assist clients and team members through complex legal/corporate issues by guiding them on legal regulatory Luxembourg environment as well as referring to legal advisors when appropriate
- Participate and/or take the lead during board meetings and clients’ meetings
- Take-up directorship mandates in client companies if requested
- Assist the Associate Director and the Managing Directors in billing process and debt collection
- Supervise daily work of team members and coach them in their development, sharing expertise/experience/knowledge
- Supervise a varied and wide client portfolio within the timescales set and agreed, investigating and suggesting enhancements where necessary, ensuring timely and effective client care
- Manage and oversee complex client structures, remain aware of risk exposure to both the client and the Group, including fulfilment of responsibilities under the review procedures
- Ensure a prompt and professional service is provided to clients and intermediaries and always try to procure an added-value to the work performed and the relationships built
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of client entities, ensuring all internal and external statutory obligations are complied with
- Drafting and reviewing corporate documents, various internal and external agreements, fee proposal, etc
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :
Profile
- Degree educated in Law
- At least 6 years of experience in a similar position in a law firm, or in an accounting firm, or in a fiduciary with a strong exposure to PE/RE
- Strong knowledge and understanding of corporate law as well as the legal and administrative requirements and Luxembourg industry regulations
- Fluent in written and spoken French and English, plus any other languages is an asset
- Proven ability to work independently as well as with the team
- Strong team management skills
- PC literate (MS Office)
