TS&P is seeking a Junior Associate / Associate Lawyer to join the Corporate / M&A / Finance team.

Requirements:
- Experience as a lawyer in corporate / M&A and/or finance as indicated above
- Curiosity of legal developments in a complex and fast changing environment
- Highest working standards and good organisational skills
- Excellent communication and drafting skills, curiosity, as well as the ability to demonstrate initiative and pro-activity
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and to work within deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and a pragmatic approach
- Human qualities — open-minded and dynamic team player
Qualifications:
- Qualified lawyer admitted to List I, List II or List IV of the Luxembourg Bar
- Relevant academic background for the corporate / M&A / finance practice
- Fluent in both English and German or both English and French
- Any additional language or experience will be an asset
