As an Investment Funds Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on complex legal matters and provide comprehensive legal support to clients (local and cross-border projects). If you are a solution-oriented professional with a client-centric approach, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal counsel and guidance on matters related to Investment Funds;
Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements;
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify effective legal solutions;
Handle client inquiries, providing expert legal advice, and building strong client relationships;
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the legal landscape pertaining to investment funds.
Profile
Admission to the Luxembourg Bar or any other European Bar;
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney specializing in Investment Funds;
Strong knowledges of UCITS funds;
Fluent in both English and French;
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative legal team.
