Job description
As a Corporate Lawyer, you will be an integral part of a dedicated legal team, focusing on a wide range of corporate matters. Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Advising clients on complex corporate transactions and legal issues;
Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, contracts, and legal documents;
Providing expert guidance on corporate governance and regulatory compliance;
Conducting legal research to stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations;
Collaborating closely with colleagues to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
Profile
Qualified lawyer, with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in corporate law;
Fluency in German, English, and French (written and spoken);
Strong knowledge of Luxembourg corporate laws and regulations;
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities;
Client-focused with a proactive approach to legal solutions;
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.
