Are you an experienced litigation lawyer looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic legal team? We are currently seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join a leading independent law firm based in Luxembourg.
Our client is an independent law firm comprised of over 40 legal professionals, offering comprehensive legal services to a diverse national and international clientele. Renowned for its expertise in various legal domains, including corporate law, finance, real estate, tax law, digital law, and dispute resolution, our client is committed to providing exceptional legal counsel while fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
As a Litigation Lawyer, you will handle a variety of cases for our clients, including:
- Civil litigation (contract enforcement, contractual and tort liability, debt collection, etc.).
- Real estate litigation (lease disputes, construction disputes, warranty claims, defects, non-conformities, etc.).
- Business and commercial litigation (shareholder disputes, investor conflicts, warranty claims, restructuring of distressed companies, etc.).
- You will manage litigation files autonomously and collaborate with other lawyers when necessary.
Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of experience in litigation within a Luxembourg law firm.
- Pragmatic and highly organized, with a strong sense of professionalism and client-centered approach.
- Dynamic, team-oriented, and autonomous.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required; knowledge of Luxembourgish and German is advantageous.
