Description

The two webinars are intended to help finance professionals understand and prepare for the forthcoming requirements of IFRS 18. They will provide an overview of the key requirements, including the new profit or loss structure, management-defined performance measures, and aggregation and disaggregation principles. These sessions will also explore common implementation challenges and recent IFRIC and IASB developments, together with practical actions entities can take ahead of 2027. 

Target audience: Finance professionals, including accounting and consolidation managers, financial controllers, internal auditors, CFOs, board and audit committee members.


Our speakers

Nano  Mamageishvili

Partner

Nano is a Partner within EY Luxembourg’s Private Equity practice and has over 13 years of audit experience in the investment funds industry, specializing in IFRS and Luxembourg GAAP audits of private equity and private credit funds. She leads audits of major private equity clients and brings extensive experience from international, multi-location audit engagements, including public interest entities. Nano is a Certified Public Auditor (Réviseur d’Entreprises), ACCA practicing certificate holder, and graduate of the INSEAD Sustainable Finance Programme.

Nader Riachy

Partner

Nader is a Partner within EY Luxembourg’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) and Commercial practice, with nearly 18 years of international audit and assurance experience. He has extensive experience leading audits of large multinational and publicly listed companies, including IPO engagements, and possesses deep technical expertise in group audits, complex consolidations, and financial reporting under IFRS, Luxembourg GAAP, and US GAAP. Nader is a Certified Public Auditor (Réviseur d’Entreprises), a US Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a UK Chartered Accountant (CA).


Gvantsa Tsutskirdze

Senior Manager

Gvantsa is a Senior Manager within EY Luxembourg’s Private Equity practice, with over 10 years of experience in auditing international groups and Private Equity-backed structures. She has extensive experience leading complex cross-border audit engagements, with a strong focus on consolidation processes and financial reporting under IFRS, US GAAP and Luxembourg GAAP. Her background also includes Private Equity investment vehicles and valuation-related matters, providing a practical perspective on complex reporting challenges. In addition to her client work, Gvantsa actively contributes to technical accounting and audit training initiatives, developing and delivering professional training programs on accounting and financial reporting topics. Gvantsa has been an ACCA member for more than five years. 

Henri Ulander

Senior Manager

Henri is a Senior Manager within EY Luxembourg’s Private Equity practice and is responsible for several of EY Luxembourg’s key audit clients. Henri has more than eight years of experience working with leading private equity houses across Europe and the United States and has developed particular expertise in auditing alternative investment structures.

Anastasiya Dabryian

Senior Manager

Anastasiya, Senior Manager at EY Luxembourg specializing in the real estate clients. She has extensive experience auditing complex international private groups, real estate funds and listed entities. Anastasiya is an ACCA member, holds the ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting and has a Master’s degree in Economics.

Aurélie Frost

Partner in Audit

Aurélie is a Partner in Audit at EY Luxembourg with more than 20 years of experience in auditing listed and international groups across Europe. Her work spans complex IFRS accounting matters, global audit coordination and the delivery of cross-border engagements for multinational organizations. She has built deep expertise in financial reporting, technical accounting review and audit oversight in environments involving IFRS, LuxGAAP and SEC reporting and SOX-related controls.

Frank Xiao Fan

Manager

Frank Xiao Fan is a Manager in EY Luxembourg’s IFRS Desk. He has over eight years of experience in IFRS advisory, specializing in technical accounting and financial reporting matters for the investment fund sector in Luxembourg. Before joining EY, he worked as an assistant technical staff at the IASB in London. He is a member of ACCA.

Anamaria Cojocariu

Audit Manager

Anamaria is an Audit Manager within EY Luxembourg’s Private Equity practice with several years of experience auditing IFRS and Luxembourg GAAP financial statements. Her work includes consolidated reporting for international groups, private equity-backed entities and investment funds. She has been an ACCA member since October 2025.
