She further specialises in the digitalisation of the financial and insurance sectors (FinTech, InsurTech).
Donald Sefer, Senior Associate, Global Financial Markets: Donal focuses on national and cross-border banking and finance work, including acquisition finance, real estate finance and secured lending. He advises funds, large international investment banks and Luxembourg banks on financing transactions for Luxembourg-based investment funds.

Raphael Somé, Senior Associate, Investment Funds: Raphael specialises in investment funds and is particularly involved in advising foreign and domestic clients on the regulatory, corporate, and structural aspects of investment vehicles, with a focus on unregulated AIFs, RAIFs and SIFs with real estate, private equity and fund-of-funds strategies.
Céline Vignoble, Senior Associate, Investment Funds: Céline advises clients on the structuring and ongoing operational aspect of both regulated and unregulated investment funds with a focus on private equity, debt, and real estate.
