Module 2: Focus on the articles of association of the SARL

• Exploring the key features: Name | Registered office | Corporate object | Share capital

• Analysing the different types of provisions: Mandatory | Opt-in | Opt-out | Contractual | Informational

• Browsing the content of standard articles of association for a SARL
