The Legal Counsel oversees legal services for the group's private equity ventures, including corporate setup, fund administration, and legal support. He/she ensures the department provides effective legal advice and assistance to clients and partners.

Description
- Engaging and advising on group-wide initiatives and projects
- Providing guidance on corporate organization and addressing diverse project-related concerns
- Establishing, managing, and winding up companies and funds across multiple jurisdictions
- Crafting and assessing legal documents such as charters, agreements, and memoranda for various purposes
- Reviewing contracts and paperwork for private equity and real estate transactions, including financing and regulatory obligations
- Examining documentation pertaining to diverse investments undertaken by different entities
- Crafting and revising a range of contracts including leases, loans, and share transfer agreements
- Managing group trademark affairs
- Coordinating with regulatory bodies and external agents to ensure compliance across entities
- Monitoring legal and regulatory updates
- Providing reports at the group level
Profile
- At least 7 years of professional experience on a legal position in Luxembourg and more specifically funds management
- Have a client-focused advisory approach
- Full proficiency in English
- Master Degree in Law
