Job Description
Our client, a prominent legal organization comprising over 40 professionals, seeks an Experienced Lawyer specializing in Corporate/Corporate Finance to augment their team. This reputable firm provides extensive legal support to a wide array of domestic and international clients. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within a cohesive team under Partner supervision to aid both local and global clients in Corporate and Corporate Finance arenas, including:
- Handling contributions and distribution of dividends, approval of annual accounts
- Overseeing merger, demerger, and liquidation processes, as well as corporate restructuring and governance
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary client liaison, orchestrating and engaging in meetings and conference calls.
- Supervise a team of associates/assistants, streamlining their tasks and fostering knowledge exchange.
- Conduct internal and external training sessions and contribute to legal publications.
- Engage in business development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Possess a Master’s degree in law with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as Avocat/Avocat à la Cour specializing in Luxembourg’s specified practice areas.
- Display openness to emerging technologies.
- Demonstrate a pragmatic and meticulous approach, along with superior prioritization skills to support client decision-making.
- Exhibit dynamism, team spirit, and autonomy.
- Proficiency in English; proficiency in French, Luxembourgish, and/or German is advantageous.
