Wildgen S.A. is a full service, independent business law firm in Luxembourg looking for assistants to reinforce our corporate and investments funds team. Our offices are ideally located in Luxembourg city between the centre/Royal-Hamilius and the station – close to public transport and restaurants.
We provide a professional working environment and pride ourselves on delivering outstanding services to our clients. We compete with the best and yet are a human-sized law firm of around 85 people where you will not be just another face in the crowd.
We are looking for someone with little or no professional experience (up to 3 years). To fit in our talented multinational team, you should be able to adapt swiftly, be very organized and highly motivated. Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion come with the job. You will also have to be a real team player who is willing to pitch in and assist colleagues whenever needed.
A good command of English, German and French is mandatory.
We will challenge you and give you time to grow. You will start by providing general administrative support (including schedule management, organizing meetings and business trips, handling telephone calls, provide document management, database maintenance etc.). As you will grow into your role and become familiar with our clients and our way of working, we will expect you to take up more responsibilities and work autonomously on a wider range of tasks.
