This three-hour workshop will give a practical overview on the direct taxation of Luxembourg partnerships, including tax compliance and tax dispute resolution. Given the lack of local binding authorities, the tax treatment of Luxembourg partnerships often remains unclear. The objective of this workshop is to give guidance to tax practitioners (from the financial industry to family offices to professional services firms) in handling tax files of partnerships with more certainty and confidence.
