The company brings expertise with the diverse skills of experienced investment and company administration professionals and provides to its clients a tailor-made service.

With offices located in Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Switzerland & Italy this company has a large and growing portfolio of clients.

Following their successful and continuous growth, this client is actively looking for a Sr Corporate Officer to join their office in Luxembourg.

  • Your role?

 Responsibilities may include

  • You will be responsible for the organisation of the Board, Board Committee, and shareholder meetings, including the production of materials in advance of such meetings and minutes thereafter.

  • You will be assisting with changes to the funds’ Boards of Directors, service providers etc. and the necessary notifications and documents relating thereto.

  • You will make sure that all actions taken, and agreements entered by funds, are duly considered, and authorised by the Board of Directors.


Profile and key expertise?

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in Law or any similar domain.

  • You have an experience of at least 2 years in a similar function in Luxembourg.

  • You are perfectly fluent in English & French. Any other language is a strong asset

  • You have an excellent knowledge of local laws and regulations.

  • You are a team-player by nature and have an action-oriented mindset.
