In Europe, this company provides institutional capital markets participants with corporate administration services (including financial and accounting services as well as domiciliation services) in respect of Securitization, Structured Finance, Private-Equity and Real Estate.
Following their successful and continuous growth, this client is actively looking for Transaction Administrator to join their office in Luxembourg.

Your role?
You will help at the incorporation of SPVs including KYC.
You will review transaction documents and bring assistance at transaction closings.
You will handle daily management of SPV’s & manage the opening & closing of banking accounts.
You will bring assistance at liquidation of companies.
You will act as the main contact person for clients, advisors, notaries, banks, auditors, and liquidators.
You will report to the Head of Corporate Governance and Transaction Services in Luxembourg.
Profile and key expertise?
You hold a bachelor’s and/or a master’s degree in Law.
You have an experience of at least 3 years in a similar function in Luxembourg.
You have knowledge of EU Capital Market / Real Estate / Private Equity.
You are perfectly fluent in English & German. Any other language is a strong asset
