Natalie Goormans, senior associate, Corporate and M&A: Natalie advises on corporate law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations in both a domestic and cross-border context.

Nicolas Pradel, senior associate, Banking and Finance: Nicolas advises international clients on regulatory matters in relation to the financial, energy, telecom, postal services, and insurance sectors, as well as, on lending and capital markets transactions. He also has significant expertise in a wide range of areas in EU law and Luxembourg law.

Anaïs Bracqbien, senior associate, Tax: Anaïs provides tax advice regarding fund structures (private equity, loan portfolios, real estate, infrastructure, and IP). She also advises clients on the new tax environment (DAC 6, ATAD, beneficial ownership).
