BSP acted as lead counsel to Banque Internationale à Luxembourg as agent, security agent and lender on a financing provided to the German bk Group AG, arranged by BIL Corporate Finance.

The bk Group AG, headquartered in Endsee, Bavaria, is a market leader in the field of property fitting and technical building management. It develops and realises sustainable and innovative interior construction projects, ranging from retail stores to medical practices, fitness centres and car dealerships.

The financing will be used for investments in further growth and more particularly for the development of sustainable waiting facilities (known as Qubes) in the vicinity of charging parks for electric vehicles.

The Qubes, which are available in different sizes, have sanitary facilities, a lounge with an office corner, game consoles and a sales area.

The financing was arranged by BIL Corporate Finance, a leading Luxembourg provider of lending and financial advisory services dedicated to entrepreneurs, corporates and asset managers to support their strategic transactions.
