Robert Goerend has been appointed Partner within the Corporate/M&A and Dispute Resolution practices. He joined Luther in 2010, when the firm opened the Luxembourg office. His experience includes advising clients on commercial and corporate law, with a particular emphasis on advising start-ups, corporate insolvencies, and dispute resolution, including shareholders’ disputes, directors’ liability, and insolvency proceedings. He was admitted to Luxembourg Bar in 2011.
