SIMON Law S.àr.l., a recently set up business and tax law firm in Luxembourg, is looking for a Corporate law and M&A lawyer.

Your role:

• You will assist the team in all aspects of Luxembourg corporate and M&A law, advising international and domestic clients in their daily and extraordinary operations;

• You will help growing the team and explore new business opportunities;

• You will take an active role in the permanent learning and education program within the firm.

To qualify for the role you should:

• have been admitted to the Luxembourg Bar or, if not, to the Bar of a EU country but in that case with a strong knowledge and practice of Luxembourg corporate law;

• have approximately 5 years of relevant experience in the fields of Corporate law and M&A in Luxembourg;

• be able to manage files independently;

• have the willingness to join an independent law firm in its starting phase, with a strong intuitu personae and offering career opportunities;

• have a strong team spirit; and

• be fluent in French and English (German being a plus).
