Job overview
Our Corporate practice is recognised by its clients to be one of the most innovative and solution orientated legal practices today.
You will work closely with Corporate lawyers on a wide range of exciting and market leading transactions. The role is inclusive of but not limited to:
Drafting of legal documentation;
Assisting on a broad range of Corporate transactions and liaising with clients (both business and legal teams);
Translating legal documents;
Assisting with knowhow and project work;
Performing legal research;
Organising, analysing, cross-checking and validating information;
Preparing written reports;
Reviewing and monitoring new and updated laws and regulations.
Essential skills and experience
Experience
You hold a Master's degree in Law or Economics;
You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position or working as legal assistant in a law firm.
Skills
Fluency in English and French is a must. German would be an asset;
A team-player who can work effectively with colleagues at all levels;
Excellent organisational skills;
Positive and willing-to-learn attitude to work, happy to assist and be involved in a variety of transactions when additional support is required;
Attention to detail and thoroughness are essential;
Good client relationship skills;
Ability to manage own workload.
