To support our continued growth, we are currently looking to recruit a:

Manager - Corporate Secretary - (M/F) 


Your main responsibilities 

Managing a complex portfolio of clients with all aspects of the corporate administration of domiciled companies

Review legal documentation (contracts, agreements, and reports) with critical analysis, supported by the Corporate department

Advising the client on the preparation and submission of documentation in relation to change of name, change in articles of association and memorandum of association, transfer of shares, amendment to share capital etc

Following-up statutory meetings of the shareholders, reviewing legal documentation for the approval of the annual accounts and follow up of the formalities related to the approval and filing of the annual accounts of the Luxembourg companies

Providing assistance to organize and attend board meeting, reviewing the relevant minutes, liaising with the board members and ensure the follow up to finalize the documentation

Ensuring proper communication within the business lines and other internal departments

Coordinate and supervise the senior and junior officers and operate a quality review of work performed


Your profile 

You successfully passed a master's degree in law or Business Administration or Economics 

You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a trust company in Luxembourg in a similar position

You have managed a team and you are able to motivate and coach team members

You are fluent in French and English

You demonstrate excellent organisational skills and ability to work under time pressure

You demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels

You demonstrate tact and diplomacy, observing confidentiality at all times

You are dedicated to work and appreciate working in a fast-growing environment

You are dynamic, open-minded, flexible, impacting and business-oriented

You demonstrate extraordinary commitment to provide excellent service through self-initiative and team spirit
