NautaDutilh is an international law firm with a leading position in the Benelux and offices in Brussels, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Luxembourg, London and New York. We advise a wide range of major clients in the financial and corporate sectors. The Luxembourg office currently employs 60 lawyers and specialises in corporate and financial law, tax, intellectual property, regulatory, investment funds, insurance law and commercial litigation.

Your profile

  • You are fully qualified lawyer

  • You have at least 3 years of experience with a strong focus on complex commercial litigation & arbitration, and open to practice employment law

  • You hold a U.E. law degree, LL.M or equivalent in private law

  • You have strong analytical and drafting skills, are open-minded, dynamic, curious, and able to work autonomously

  • You like challenges and aspire to progress in a stimulating, energic and powerful working environment

  • You are team-player and have very good communication and interpersonal skills

  • You have a very good command of English and French
