Department purpose
Our ICM/Banking department in Luxembourg is currently looking for a Legal Personal Assistant (m/f).
Role purpose
The main responsibility of this role is providing administrative support to the ICM/Banking team.
Key relationships
As a Legal PA, you will work in close collaboration with Legal PAs / fee earners of the ICM/Banking department as well as with the Finance department, allowing you to build robust relationships.
Role and responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the ICM/Banking team and the Regulatory Partner
Track billing reference (for e-billing clients), prepare and follow up legal documents: correspondence, file opening, comfort letters, procedures, RCS searches, etc.
Organize and file documents: e-mails and legal documents
Monitor the encoding of daily services and expense reports
Manage lawyers' phone calls, calendars and contacts
Make appointments, book meeting rooms and travel arrangements
Key requirements
Excellent communicator who engages with others and works effectively in a team
Able to work autonomously with limited supervision
Good writing skills
Good organisation and sense of initiative
Who we are looking for
High education in secretarial work
Fluent in French and English
Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office
Experience in a legal environment
