Draft legal documents relating to recurring corporate events (e.g. approval of the annual accounts, nomination/resignation of managers) of Luxembourg companies.
Draft of sponsorship agreements.
Assist the Legal Manager with various philanthropy formalities.
Organize and collect original signatures of local directors.
Support Executive Director & Legal Manager in preparing Boards Meetings agenda (meetings minutes, organization & administrative tasks).
Assist the team with commercial law requests.
Manage the internal legal archive (digital & physical).
At least 2 years of Luxembourg Experience in Legal dpt. and/or Law firm & performing as paralegal.
Knowledge of the French/Luxembourg legal and regulatory environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and in French, both are important with a C1/C2 level.
