Legal Assistant
Luxembourg City Centre Hybrid)
We are currently looking for a Legal Assistant to join our client an in-house firm, in their legal and corporate department. We are for an honest, flexible young professional with high level of communication and interpersonal skills.
Some of the Key Responsibilities
Liaise with stakeholders, including lawyers and notaries
Co-ordinate the filings with the CSSF and prepare the relevant documentation
Support corporate bodies: Shareholders (review/draft the documentation for shareholders’ general meetings); Board of Managers (assist with the preparation of quarterly board meetings held in Luxembourg, in particular review and /or write up the minutes)
Handle KYC requests received from various stakeholders
Supervise the relevant changes and accounts filings submitted to the Luxembourg trade and companies register by the executive assistants
Prepare and review updated shareholders’, RBE’s and instruments’ registers
Update/supervise the internal database
Ensure appropriate filing (electronic and physical, including Sharefile) done by the executive assistant
Role Requirements
Degree educated
Good knowledge and understanding of Luxembourg corporate Law
2 years of experience gained working in Luxembourg
Fluent in English and French
