Lawyer in Banking and Finance (M/F)


Your profile:

You hold a Master Degree in Business/ Economic/ Financial Law (LLM or similar master degree will be considered as an advantage) and are a qualified lawyer, admitted to the Luxembourg bar;

You have at least 5 years’ experience practicing Banking and Financial law in Luxembourg. An additional experience in Investment Funds/ Asset Management or Corporate/ M&A will be considered an asset;

You are solution-oriented and conscientious, and you are proud of delivering high quality legal advice. An outgoing personality, pro-activity and efficiency are qualities we value highly;

You have excellent communication and teamwork skills;

You have a perfect knowledge of both oral and written English and French or German. Knowledge of any other EU-spoken language will be regarded as a plus.

Your role:

You will be responsible for advising institutional, professional and HNWIs clients on a variety of legal issues;

You will liaise directly with the partner and influence the decision-making process;

You will work closely with your clients, anticipate their needs and deliver out-of-the-box solutions;

Your advice will be pragmatic and tailored, and shall take into account both legal and commercial issues as well as your client’s objectives and constraints;

You will be in charge of contributing to the training of junior lawyers;

You will be chiefly involved in the business development efforts of the firm.
