Junior Corporate/ M&A Lawyer (M/F)
You hold a Master Degree in Law (LLM or similar degree will be considered as an advantage) and are a qualified lawyer, admitted to the Luxembourg bar;
You have at least 2 years’ experience practicing Corporate law in Luxembourg both in advisory and transactional matters;
You are motivated, responsive, willing to learn and to deliver high quality legal advice. An outgoing personality, pro-activity, attention to detail and efficiency are qualities we value highly;
You have excellent communication and teamwork skills;
You have an excellent working proficiency of both oral and written English and French or German. Knowledge of any other EU-spoken language will be regarded as a plus.
You will be responsible for advising clients on a variety of corporate law matters and assist with M&A transactions;
You will liaise directly with the partners and be involved in all relevant aspects of the files you are working on;
You will work closely with the clients, anticipate their needs and help delivering out-of-the-box solutions;
Your advice will be pragmatic and tailored, and shall take into account both legal and commercial issues as well as the client’s objectives and constraints.
