The Luxembourg office currently employs 60 lawyers and specialises in corporate and financial law, tax, intellectual property, regulatory, investment funds, insurance law and commercial litigation.

We have an open position
Our IP/ICT team assists national and international clients with intellectual property, unfair competition, e-commerce, and data protection issues.
Our IP/ICT specialists have a niche expertise in telecom regulation and handle partnering, licensing programmes and IP structuring. Furthermore, this dedicated team actively supports our other practice areas, such as banking & finance practice in the field of IT outsourcing and cloud computing arrangements, and our tax practice with IP portfolio structuring under the Luxembourg tax scheme for IP revenues.
Your profile
You hold a U.E. law degree, LL.M or equivalent in IP and/or ICT law.
You have strong analytical and drafting skills, are open-minded, dynamic, and able to work autonomously
You like challenges and aspire to progress in a stimulating, energic and powerful working environment
You are team-player and have very good communication and interpersonal skills
You have a very good command of English
