- Your duties -
As part of a team and under the supervision of a Partner you will act as a supervisor of an experienced team of 6 to 8 lawyers and assistants.
You will
- Coordinate and allocate the tasking and supervising of the team, ensuring efficient work organization within the team;
- Act as the primary contact and trusted advisor for US-UK based clients, answering their queries and organizing and participating in meetings and conference calls;
- Coordinate with international law firms in countries where the clients have subsidiaries, ensuring a smooth process to implement all steps of transactions abroad.
The matters on which you will intervene cover the following Corporate – Corporate Finance matters:
- Capital increases and reductions, 115 account contributions, distributions of dividends, of interim dividend, approval of annual accounts and consolidated accounts under Lux GAAP and IFRS;
- Company formations, mergers, demergers, partial asset contributions, liquidations, and restructurings ;
- Management and coordination of documentation related to banking transactions, including facility agreements; and

- Your profile -
- Holding a Master’s degree in law, you also ideally have at least 5 years of experience as Avocat/Avocat à la Cour in the above-mentioned practice areas in Luxembourg.
- Open to new technologies.
- Pragmatic and rigorous, you know how to prioritise your workload and support clients in their taking of decisions. Your dynamism, team spirit and autonomy will be valued.
- Fluency in English. Any other language such as French and/or Luxembourgish and/or German would be an asset.
