VANDENBULKE is delighted to announce that Selim Souissi, Jérémy Da Silva Reis and Dalva Girard Teixeira have joined the firm respectively as Partner, Senior Associate and Associate within the firm's corporate, M&A and Private Equity department. Before joining VANDENBULKE, Dalva, Jérémy and Selim served together at Luther Luxembourg.
Selim Souissi who will lead the corporate practice is specialized in mergers and acquisitions and has in depth-experience in private equity transactions, including financing and refinancing, restructuring or company takeovers. He also advises and assists his clients on private wealth issues. Before joining VANDENBULKE, Selim served for eight years as partner of the corporate and M&A department of a global and international leading law firm in Luxembourg.
Jeremy Da Silva Reis has more than seven years’ experience in advising and assisting
multinational groups and private equity investors on both domestic and international
transactions, group restructuring or reorganisation and corporate governance issues. Jeremy has also acquired significant experience in the field of national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and investments structuring. Before joining VANDENBULKE, Jeremy worked in the corporate and M&A department of various law firms based in Paris and Luxembourg.
Dalva Girard Teixeira has over four years’ experience in assisting clients on corporate law and international transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, corporate governance, and private equity. Before joining VANDENBULKE, Dalva served in the corporate/M&A and banking and finance department of law firms based in Luxembourg.
